COVID Customer Update

As the COVID situation evolves, we're working hard to keep our staff and customers safe. Whilst at this point, we have largely overcome problems with production, there are still some issues within the supply chain. This means that there may be some delays to your order. Furthermore, there are some problems with deliveries of large items

Order Delays

Due to periodic shortages of foam and timber, your order may be delayed for upto 2 weeks. Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve this issue and if your order is overdue we will prioritise it’s delivery to you.

Our main priority will however continue to be ensuring that everything we send out meets our high standards of quality

DX Delivery

In order to ensure the safety of our staff members, some deliveries will be made by DX. DX deliveries are contact free and made to a room of your choice. If you do not want the drivers to wait whilst you inspect your delivery, you can sign for the delivery as “COVID 19”. This means that if the items have been damaged in the course of delivery, we will be able to quickly rectify the problem. Although we can give you an idea of delivery date, we cannot give you a precise delivery slot. DX will however be able to do this on the mobile telephone number which you supplied with your order.

Response times

We are currently quite busy, so it is taking longer than usual to repsond to your queries

In most cases we will be able to get back to you on the same working day. If your problem is urgent, please mark it as such
